Return and Refund Policy
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY Our 30 Day Money Back Policy is provided to give you peace of mind when ordering from Rhino Lights LLC. All uninstalled, unmounted items in original packaging with all components are eligible for a refund or exchange minus shipping charges. Simply just ship back your product following the steps below.
Return Process
Email the [email protected] your order number, and state you would like to return a product. Once we receive your email we will issue an RMA within 3-5 business days.
Refund Exceptions: unfortunately NEWLY released products or PREORDER products can not be refunded. This includes but not limited to our clearance or sale items. We do NOT accept items that have been installed for a refund. No Exceptions! Rhino Lights does hold the right to charge a restocking fee.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. All repairs or replacement will be made at the discretion of Rhino Lights LLC upon inspection of the product once its returned.
