Return and Refund Policy

Our 30 Day Money Back Policy is provided to give you peace of mind when ordering Rhino Lights LLC lights. All unopened items in original condition, If item has been installed it is not eligible for a refund. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging, simply send it back and we will happily provide you a refund or exchange.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. All repairs or replacement will be made at the discretion of Rhino Lights LLC upon inspection of the product.

We email you instructions for returning your product.
Obtain an RMA number, then ship your unused product, in it's original packaging, to the address provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged, broken, altered or installed / mounted lights will void this offer and will not be accepted. Only unused products with all accessories and in original packaging will be approved for a refund. If you have installed the product it is not eligible for a return and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to their address. Rhino Lights holds the final say in accepting returned items based on the reason given.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes but not limited to our clearance items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be shipped back to you. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Rhino Lights LLC and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It usually takes 7 days for your refund to show up on your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at [email protected]

Please Note:
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description, videos and pictures before you place your order. Returned item will inquire a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping costs, merchant fees incurred to Rhino Lights LLC will not be refunded and this offer does not apply to dealers, distributors and whole sellers who receive product at a discounted rate.
Large / Bulk orders exceeding $1,000.00 or combinations of orders exceeding $1,500.00 or any non-stock products will be charged a twenty percent restocking fee or may not qualify to be returned. Dealers are excluded from a refund after purchasing a products from our website at a discounted rate.

However we love happy customers. If you're not satisfied, you may exchange or return unused/uninstalled merchandise purchased by submitting a return or warranty request thru, once we review the request we will email you back with the terms of the warranty or refund within 7 days. If a refund is requested and approved by our Rhino team, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the products. ( PayPal, Visa, Mastercard,Etc...) less the original shipping charges and a restocking fees, within 7 days, as long as it's within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days it is up to the discretion of the Rhino Team to determine if a refund, credit or replacement will be made.  The Customer is responsible for providing Proof Of Purchase. (Proof of purchase includes: Original receipt, gift receipt or a packing slip from a Rhino LED Lights or an Authorized Retailer), You may exchange a Rhino LED product for credit (only valid on and at the discretion of the Rhino LED Team. You are responsible for the shipping charges.
