Warranty Details
Shipping Requirements:
All warranty claims must be submitted through our automated RMA system and shipped to our facility. We do not accept local drop-offs as this breaks our streamlined repair process. All customers, including local customers, must use our automated shipping system for consistent service quality.
Warranty Coverage:
Our Rhino warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original receipt holder. While we work with every customer, installation neglect, accidental damage, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Component shortages may affect warranty availability.
Discontinued Products:
Discontinued products are not covered under warranty. If a claim is needed, Rhino Lights will credit you a percentage of the original purchase price (minus shipping) over 12 months from purchase date. Credits are valid for 30 days and non-transferable.
Clearance Items:
Clearance items are closeout products with limited stock. These are sold in working condition but are not serviceable. All sales are final on clearance items.
Installation Requirements:
Failure to follow our recommended installation procedures will void the warranty and release us from any liability due to negligence.
